FinanceLab inviterer til Investering & Tapas med Formuepleje og Asset Advisor, hvor hovedemnet er: Getting started in the investment world.

Vi har inviteret Otto Friedrichsen fra Formuepleje, som vil gøre os klogere på hvordan man kommer i gang med at investere, basal porteføljeteori & risiko, hvordan investeringer i ESG-produkter påvirker risikoprofilen for dine investeringer og hvordan professionelle kapitalforvaltere forholder sig til nuværende markeds tematikker.

Vi har også inviteret Per Gramstrup fra Asset Advisor, som driver kapitalforvaltning for både institutionelle og private kunder og yder finansiel rådgivning til flere danske forsikringsselskaber og fonde. De kommer og laver et oplæg om markedspsykologi og forklarer om hvilke scenarier man kan forvente at møde, når man begynder at investere og hjælper med at beskue aktiemarkedet fra en Hedgefonds vinkel.

Efterfølgende vil der være mulighed for at netværke, når FinanceLab tilbyder tapas, vin og bobler til alle deltagere.

Kvinder i Investering X KØN

Har du lyst til at blive klogere på investering? I tvivl om, hvordan du kommer i gang, fordi du endnu ikke har knækket koden til at komme i gang? Eller vil du høre en inspirerende kvinde fortælle om sit forhold til investering?

Kvinder er over de seneste år i højere grad hoppet med på investeringsbølgen, og den udvikling vil vi gerne hjælpe endnu mere på vej ved at afmystificere nogle gængse spørgsmål omkring emnet, og hvad det egentlig kræver at investere.

Chefstrateg i PFA, Tine Choi, vil holde et oplæg med fortællinger om sin tid i den finansielle sektor og samtidig inspirere kvinder til selv at kickstarte deres investeringskarriere.

Summer BBQ 2022

I samarbejde med Djøf præsenterer FinanceLab Aarhus til Summer BBQ med Per Aarsleff og Investering & Tryghed.

Emnet står i år på ESG, hvor Per Jørgensen, Investering & Tryghed, vil snakke om dets konsekvenser fra et investeringsmæssigt perspektiv, hvor Mogens Hestbæk, Per Aarsleff, vil snakke om det set fra en børsnoteret bygge- og anlægsvirksomheds perspektiv.

Hvordan tager man højde for bæredygtighed i forbindelse med renovering og nybyggeri, mens man samtidig er forpligtet til at skabe størst mulig værdi for sine aktionærer, og hvordan tager man højde for bæredygtighed i sine investeringer, mens man samtidigt skal forsøge at slå markedsafkastet? Det kan i få svar på til dette event.

Efterfølgende serverer FinanceLab helstegt pattegris og kolde øl.

Danske Børsnoteringer, vækstaktier & nye forretningsmodeller

FinanceLab Aarhus inviterer i samarbejde med DJØF til et spændende oplæg om danske børsnoteringer, vækstaktier og nye forretningsmodeller med aktieanalytiker Kasper Lihn fra HC Andersen Capital.

Med næsten 25 børsnoteringer af danske vækstvirksomheder i 2021 og milliarder af kroner i vækstkapital til virksomhederne har danske investorer fået mulighed for at investere i unge vækstselskaber med nye forretningsmodeller. Vækstaktierne har dog været hårdt ramt med store fald som følge af højere renter og markedsuro, hvilket på den anden side har givet mere attraktive investeringsmuligheder for investorerne. Kasper Lihn fra HC Andersen Capital har fokus på netop dette segment i Danmark og vil til eventet give et indblik i markedsudviklingen samt interessante cases, som man bør følge som investor.

Der vil under arrangementet blive serveret morgenbrød fra La Cabra Bakery.

Trading in a crisis – an evening with InCommodities

I samarbejde med InCommodities vil FinanceLab Aarhus byde studerende velkommen til en aften i commodity tradings navn.
Som et energi trading selskab lokaliseret i Aarhus startede InCommodities ud med 4 ansatte i 2017 og har til dagens datohttps://www.financelab.dk/wp-admin/post.php?post=202&action=edit#save vokset sig til +100 ansatte. InCommodities specialiserer sig inden for de europæiske og amerikanske elektricitet og gas markeder.

Deltagerne mødes på Aarhus BSS, hvor deltagerne vil blive transporteret ud til InCommodities i Aarhus N. Hernæst vil InCommodities byde på en tour, hvor deltagerne vil få et unikt indblik i hvordan det er at trade i en krise.

Efter turen vil der være aftensmad fra Burgery og mulighed for at netværke med de ansatte fra InCommodities samt de øvrige deltagere. Efter aftensmaden vil deltagerne blive transporteret ud til Racehall i Viby, hvor vi i hold á 4 vil køre Le Mans mod hinanden.

Aftenen slutter af med, at alle deltagere bliver transporteret tilbage til Aarhus BSS.

Crypto – A new tomorrow

FinanceLab byder i år velkommen til arrangementet ‘Crypto – a new tomorrow’, der er for alle studerende, der ønsker at lære mere om investeringer og specielt hvilke investeringsmuligheder, der opstår i de nye markeder på baggrund af blockchainteknologien.

Vi tror på, at en del af studietrivsel indebærer, at man kan se en mening i, hvad man læser, og kan anvende den viden man tilegner sig i det virkelige liv. Derfor har vi valgt at invitere Adrian fra Blockchain Fond, der vil fortælle os om, hvordan deres familiedrevede kontor gik fra at være et traditionelt finanshus til nu at investere i nye aktiver muliggjort af blockchainteknologien. Herefter vil Mikkel, som er uddannet fra Aarhus Universitet og co-founder af GL21 Capital tage over og give os en bedre fundamental forståelse for Bitcoin, og hvordan det kan bruges som investeringsaktiv.

Kombinationen af dette skal være med til at oplyse dig som studerende til at gennemskue de nye og attraktive investeringsmuligheder. Til slut er en stor del af arrangementet networking og middag, hvor du får mulighed for at stifte nye bekendtskaber.

Advanced Trading Course

The Advance Trading Course aims to get you ready to work at a trading desk, and thus it doesn’t just teach you the theoretical aspects of advanced trading. Instead, 50% of the course is spent trading & practicing the techniques that are taught.

Note: It is required to have attended the Basic Trading Course to sign up for the advanced.

During the course, you will acquire skills to trade & understand options, place trades in real-time market conditions and get a better overview of the capital markets.

Deep Dive With Lind Capital

Kom med, når FinanceLab besøger trading virksomheden Lind Capital’s kontor i hjertet af Aarhus til DEEP DIVE with LIND CAPITAL. Dette er din mulighed for at tilbringe en eksklusiv aften i selskab med nogle af Danmarks førende finansielle analytikere og tradere. Til dette arrangement vil du få et dybdegående kendskab til Lind Capital’s forretning og en unik indsigt i dagligdagen i en af Aarhus’ mest spændende virksomheder.

Under besøget vil man i teams af 3-4 løse en case specielt udarbejdet af selskabets kvantitative analyseafdeling til FinanceLab’s medlemmer under emnet “statistical arbitrage”. Der er naturligvis en stor præmie på højkant til casevinderne (VÆRDI 3.000 kr.). Efter casen er løst, byder Lind Capital på tapas, rundvisning og uformel networking.

Børsbar 2022

The concept behind “Børsbar” is very simple: We let bar prices fall and rise in line with demand. This means that the price of a drink will rise if the demand is high, and fall if the demand is low. You will at all times be able to follow the price of draft beer, drinks (2 cl), Little Bird and an ØF-jug, so you are ready to strike when the prices are at the bottom.
